Claims (1)
- 作動流体配管の途中に試料採取用の試料出口管
を分岐し、該試料出口管に試料採取容器を取付け
て試料を採取する装置において、前記試料出口管
と前記試料採取容器との合計容積の５倍以上の容
積を有する流出試料用容器を、前記試料採取容器
の下流側に取付けると共に、前記試料採取容器と
流出試料容器とを真空に保持してガス混入を防止
する手段を前記試料出口管配管系統中に備えたこ
とを特徴とする試料採取装置。
