Claims (1)
- ケース内に、その内室を２室に分離するごとく
ダイアフラムが内設され、該ケース内に挿通され
たロツドの端部に前記ダイアフラムを結合してな
るダイアフラム装置において、前記ケースの軸孔
とこれに挿通されるロツドに、該両者を軸方向に
対して互いに摺動自在に係合する凹凸係合部を形
成してなることを特徴とするダイアフラム装置。
