Claims (1)
- 一方の端部にロツド貫通孔が形成されたケーシ
ングと、このケーシング内を２つの圧力室に画成
するダイヤフラムと、このダイヤフラムに基端が
連結され、かつ上記圧力室に貫通してロツド貫通
孔からケーシング外部へ延びたロツドと、一端が
上記ロツド貫通孔を囲繞してケーシングに固定さ
れるとともに他端が上記ロツドに固定されて両者
間をシールする伸縮可能なラバーブーツとを備え
てなるダイヤフラムアクチユエータ。
