(2) adheres to the two fluororesin films (la) (lb) with good bonding efficiency, and at the same time, the fluororesin (2d) deformed in the plane also connects to the two fluororesin films (la) (lb). This is to take advantage of the fact that fluororesins are exposed to similar environments, and the water resistance and self-cleaning properties unique to fluororesins allow them to be easily washed away by rain or the like even if dirt gets on the surface.

The bonded end surface is placed so as to be covered with fluororesin, and then the +NiNi film material and fluororesin are integrally heat-sealed from above and below to achieve a close bond, so rainwater etc. from the bonded end surface of the glass fiber cloth is prevented. It has the remarkable effect of preventing invasion, preventing the strength of the glass fiber cloth of the membrane material from weakening, and even preventing deterioration of the strength of the membrane as a whole.

It is possible to reliably eliminate the disadvantage that the appearance is undesirable due to water droplets becoming large and catching people's attention.
