Description
第１図は本考案の一実施例に係る光受信回路の
要部構成図、第２図は第１図の回路の各部のタイ
ムチヤート、第３図は従来の光受信回路の全体構
成を示すブロツク図、第４図は第３図のブロツク
の要部の詳細を示す回路図、第５図は第３図〜第
４図の各部のタイムチヤートである。 図中、３はコンデンサ、４は増幅回路、７はピ
ーク検出回路、１１，１２は一対のエミツタホロ
ワ、１５は比較回路、１６はＥＣＬ出力回路、ａ
は光信号、ｅ１，ｆ１はＥＣＬ出力回路出力、ｄ
１はピーク検出回路出力、Ｑ１０は一方の電流源
の構成するトランジスタである。

ワ、１５は比較回路、１６はＥＣＬ出力回路、ａ
は光信号、ｅ１，ｆ１はＥＣＬ出力回路出力、ｄ
１はピーク検出回路出力、Ｑ１０は一方の電流源
の構成するトランジスタである。
Claims (1)
- 光信号を電気信号に変換する光電変換回路と、
該回路にコンデンサ結合されて交流分のみを増幅
して相補出力を発生する増幅回路と、該増幅回路
の相補出力を比較して電流源が接続された一対の
エミツタホロワより正転出力及び反転出力を発生
する比較回路と、該比較回路の両出力をＥＣＬレ
ベルに変換するＥＣＬ出力回路と、上記増幅回路
出力のピーク値に基づき光信号の有無を検出して
、光信号の無を検出したとき上記一対のエミツタ
ホロワの一方の電流源を遮断させ上記ＥＣＬ回路
出力の一方を“Ｈ”レベル、他方を“Ｌ”レベル
に固定するピーク検出回路とを備えたことを特徴
とする光受信回路。
