- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 絶縁基板上に形成した一対の電極間に感温
素子、感湿素子を設けてなる温度・湿度検知器に
おいて、同一絶縁基板上に感温素子及び感湿素子
の２組の一対の電極を設け、且つ各々の感温素子
と感湿素子を区画するスリツトを前記絶縁基板に
形成したことを特徴とする温度・湿度検知器。 (2) 絶縁基板上の感温素子の占有率を感温素子
より小さくしたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項記載の温度・湿度検知器。
