Claims (1)
- 被露光材料が置かれる予備室と、該被露光材料
に電子ビームを照射して前記被露光試料を露光す
る電子ビーム露光手段とを具備してなる装置にお
いて、予備室内に保持される被露光材料を恒温に
保持する手段とを具備してなることを特徴とする
電子ビーム露光装置。
