した所定の間隔に発光素子および受光素子を配置
するとともに、該発光素子を覆うように透明かつ
屈撓自在な透光フイルムを前記フイルム基板に貼
着してなる光センサであつて、 前記フイルム基板裏面に金属薄板を貼着し、前
記フイルム基板表面に前記発光素子および受光素
子の電位を一定に保つグラウンドパターンを形成
するとともに、前記金属薄板と前記グラウンドパ
ターンを導通させてなる光センサ。 (2) 前記金属薄板が銅薄板である実用新案登録
