記フイルム基板表面に前記発光素子および受光素
子の電位を一定に保つグラウンドパターンを形成
するとともに、前記金属薄板と前記グラウンドパ
ターンを導通させてなる光センサ。 (2) 前記金属薄板が銅薄板である実用新案登録
