軸方向移動が可能なようにいずれか一方を固定子
とし、他方を可動子とした外筒と内筒を設け、内
筒と外筒とが対向する固定子面に回転トルクを発
生するステータ電機子を設け、該ステータ電機子
と対向する可動子面に周方向に沿つてN極、S極
の駆動用の磁極を複数個形成した界磁マグネツト
を設け、該界磁マグネツトの駆動用磁極にその周
方向に沿つて実質的にN極、S極の磁極が交互に
微細ピツチで形成されるように磁気エンコーダ磁
極を形成し、該磁気エンコーダ磁極と対向するス
テータ電機子面に上記磁気エンコーダ磁極を検出
する磁気センサを配設してなる、磁気エンコーダ
内蔵リニヤードモータ。 (2) 上記磁気エンコーダ磁極は、駆動用のN極
には強く着磁されたN極と弱く着磁されたN′極
を交互に微細ピツチで着磁形成し、駆動用のS極
には強く着磁されたS極と弱く着磁されたS′極
を交互に微細ピツチで着磁形成してなる、実用新
案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の磁気エンコーダ
内蔵リニヤードモータ。 (3) 上記磁気エンコーダ磁極は、界磁マグネツ
トを形成する素材に予め周方向に沿つて細かなピ
ツチで軸方向に伸びる凹凸を形成したものに駆動
用のN極及びS極を着磁することで形成してなる
