A gate plate that rises and lowers at the rear of a freight vehicle is installed to make it easier to load cargo from the ground. However, if the wire or chain that transmits power breaks, the top of the gate plate will tilt and the gate plate will tilt. There was a problem with the baggage on it falling over, which was very dangerous.

In No. 42345, a chain or a rack is attached to the left and right lifting members to which the gate plate is attached, a sprocket or pinion is provided to mesh with the chain or rack, and the left and right sprockets or pinions are connected by a shaft. Therefore, we have proposed a gate plate horizontal holding device for a vehicle cargo handling device that synchronizes the left and right lifting members.

However, in the gate plate horizontal holding device of the vehicle cargo handling equipment mentioned above, the sprocket meshes with the linear chain from one direction, so the sprocket and chain may come off due to vibrations during driving, or the meshing portion may become loose. There is a problem in that the gate plate is slanted due to flying off, and this problem also exists in gate plate horizontal holding devices for vehicle cargo handling equipment using racks and pinions.

At the beginning of production, the meshing part will not come off or fly off, but the processing cost will increase,
Moreover, when used for a considerable period of time, there is a problem in that the vibrations generated while the freight car is running can cause play, which could cause the meshing parts to come off and lead to an accident.

The gate plate horizontal holding device of the vehicle cargo handling lifting device according to the present invention in accordance with the above purpose has left and right guide columns erected on both sides of the rear of the vehicle, and moves up and down within the left and right guide columns to move the lower end to the gate. In a vehicle cargo handling elevating device comprising an elevating member connected by a plate and a hydraulic cylinder disposed in the left and right guide columns for elevating and lowering the elevating member, a chain mounting bracket is attached to each of the elevating members. At the same time, each chain having both ends attached to the chain mounting bracket is engaged in a U-shape with an upper sprocket and a lower sprocket respectively provided in the guide column, and furthermore, each chain is provided in the left and right guide columns respectively. The lower sprocket is fixedly attached to a connecting shaft rotatably attached below the loading surface of the vehicle.

As is clear from the above description, the gate plate horizontal holding device of the vehicle cargo handling lifting device according to the present invention has the following features:
A chain mounting bracket is attached to the elevating member that moves the gate plate up and down, and the chain attached to the chain mounting bracket meshes with the lower sprocket fixed to both sides of the connecting shaft.
It is possible to go up and down while keeping the gate plate horizontal.

Since there are no gate plates, the gate plate is always kept horizontal, so there are no accidents such as luggage falling onto the gate plate.
