    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 気体充てん部１７内にピストン９を移動可能に
    設け該ピストン９の移動により気体充てん部１７
    内の気体を加圧するようにしたピストンプルーバ
    １と、前記気体充てん部１７内に連通するように
    配管した被試験メータ２と、該被試験メータ２の
    下流側に気体を大気へ流出するための気体流出用
    配管を設けたものにおいて、前記ピストンプルー
    バに、その気体充てん部１７内に予圧を供給する
    ための予圧供給手段を設け、前記被試験メータ２
    の気体流出用配管にリリーフ弁３を設けたことを
    特徴とするピストンプルーバを用いた中高圧気体
    用器差校正装置。
