Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a variety-rich appearance by creating a powder resin layer on the surface of a decorative plywood, thermally pressing said layer into a resin film and adding a decoration to the resin film. CONSTITUTION:Decorative plywoods such as walnut or zelkova is ground and colored, and at the same time, a lining material 2 is adhered to the rear surface of the plywood. Next a desired decorative layer 3 is provided on the surface of the decorative plywood 1 by means of silk screen printing or painting, and a powder resin layer 4 consisting of epoxy resin, phenol resin, etc. is built on the decorative layer. This decorative plywood 1 having the powder resin layer 4 is sandwiched with a parting film of vinyl fluoride resin. Then the powder resin layer 4 is thermally pressed with a hot press to melt the resin layer 4, and its part is allowed to penetrate into the interior of the plywood 1 with a resin film 5 formed on the surface. The parting film is stripped off after thermal pressing, and subsequently a desired decorative material 6 is obtained. The glossy or non-glossy types of the parting film is selected.

A decorative product in which a powder thermosetting resin such as powdered epoxy resin is sprayed and fused onto the surface of a decorative veneer or veneer, and this is heat-pressured to form a resin film made of epoxy resin or the like on the surface of the decorative veneer. A method of manufacturing decorative plywood has been proposed in which the wood is splintered and then adhered to plywood such as lauan plywood or particle board to create decorative plywood. With this manufacturing method, the resin film replaces the top coat, and there is no need to apply another top coat to the decorative plywood, improving work efficiency.
It does not use organic solvents, so it is good for occupational hygiene, and has features such as being non-polluting.

This is done by creating desired designs, letters, patterns, etc. by drawing with paint. The vehicle for printing ink, paint, paint, etc. that forms this decorative layer 3 is one whose main component is an epoxy resin, a polyurethane resin, or a thermosetting resin such as an ultraviolet curable polyurethane acrylate resin or an epoxy acrylate resin. It is necessary to prevent the printing ink, etc., from melting or swelling during post-processing such as heating, thereby preventing the decorative layer 3 from collapsing and becoming unclear. Moreover, the thickness of the decorative layer 3 is 10 to 1
The thickness is about 00 μm, and three-dimensional decoration can be achieved by setting the thickness to around 30 μm.

Then, a powder resin layer 4 is provided thereon as shown in FIG. This powder resin layer 4 is made of resins such as thermosetting resins such as epoxy resin, epoxy polyester resin, epoxy phenol resin, phenol resin, and acrylic resin, and thermoplastic resins such as polyvinyl chloride resin, polystyrene resin, and acrylic resin. It is obtained by welding to. Infrared heating furnaces, induction heating furnaces, etc. are used for this high-temperature heating. Among powder resins, mixed epoxy resins of novolak type epoxy resin and bisphenol A type epoxy resin,
A fast-curing material containing an imidazole such as 2-ethyl-4-methyl-imidazole as a curing agent is suitable. When using powder epoxy resin (1), powder resin l1a4 can also be formed by first applying liquid epoxy resin to the surface of decorative veneer 1 and then scattering powder epoxy resin on top of this. can.

The heat-pressure treatment conditions can be appropriately determined depending on the type of powder resin used in the decorative veneer 11, and the like, but in the case of using the above-mentioned epoxy resin, the temperature is 120-140°C, the time is 5-10 minutes, and the pressure is 0. Approximately .2 to 1.5 MP&. After heat and pressure treatment,
When the release film is peeled off, a decorative material 6 in which the resin film 5, decorative layer 3, decorative veneer 1, and backing material 2 are laminated and integrated as shown in FIG. 4 is obtained. If a glossy film is used as the release film, a glossy decorative material 6 will be obtained, and if a non-glossy film is used, a matte decorative material 6 will be obtained.

In such a manufacturing method for decorative materials, a decorative layer 3 exists on the lower surface of the resin Bs between the decorative veneer 1 and the resin film 5, and the pattern of the decorative layer 3 is added to the wood grain pattern of the decorative veneer 1. A decorative material 6 with overlapping patterns and a unique appearance is obtained. Maku, decoration layer 3
is protected by the resin film 5, so there is no inconvenience such as wear and tear.

5 to 7 show a second example of the manufacturing method of the present invention. The manufacturing method of this example is as shown in Fig. 5, which involves grinding and coloring, lining the back side with lining material 2, and then directly applying powder resin layer 4 on the surface of decorative veneer 1, which is then heat-pressed. The resin is processed to form resin M5 as shown in FIG. Next, as shown in FIG. 7, this resin film 5! ! ! A decorative layer 3 is provided on the surface.

According to this manufacturing method, the position of the wood grain pattern on the surface of the decorative veneer 1 and the decorative layer 3 is different, and the decorative layer 3 is located in the front.
The designs, patterns, etc. created by the decorative RA3 appear to stand out on the wood grain pattern, resulting in an extremely three-dimensional appearance. Since the decorative layer 3 is located at the outermost layer, there is a possibility that the decorative layer 3 may be damaged by scratches or the like. Therefore, it is desirable to form it on the decorative layer 3 which is a preservation layer. On the other hand, since it is the outermost layer, it is easy to repair the decorative layer 3 and adjust the vA. The protective layer may be coated with a polyurethane resin, unsaturated polyester resin paint, or the like, or coated with a polyethylene protective film.

In addition, the decorative layer 3 is made of resin H! s5
Since it is inside, it is protected by resin Ix5 and enters a mental state, and Decoration/13 will not be damaged. Furthermore, since the decorative thin cloth 7 can be left in a separate process, productivity can be increased.

Fig. 11 to Fig. 11 show 840 examples of the present invention. In this example, similarly to the third notice, a decorative thin cloth 7 is prepared, and the front and back sides of this are coated as shown in Fig. 11. A powder resin layer 4.4 is formed on. Then, as shown in FIG. 12, this is subjected to a grinding process and a coloring process, and a backing material 2 is placed on the surface of the decorative veneer 1, and a decorative material 6 is obtained by heat-pressing treatment in the same manner. Similarly to the example of 1g3, the designs and patterns of the decorative layer 30 stand out on the wood grain pattern, making them look two-dimensional.
