A decorative product that has a resin film made of epoxy resin on the surface of a decorative veneer by spraying and fusing powdered thermosetting resin such as powdered epoxy resin on the surface of a decorative veneer or veneer, and then applying heat and pressure treatment to the resin. A method for producing decorative plywood has been proposed in which a material is manufactured and then bonded to a base plate such as lauan plywood or verteckle board to produce decorative plywood. This manufacturing method uses the above-mentioned resin film in place of the top coat, so there is no need to apply another top coat to the decorative plywood, improving work efficiency, and since no organic solvent is used, it is good for occupational hygiene and is non-polluting. It has the following characteristics.

The decorative veneer 1 is a decorative wood veneer with a beautiful grain pattern such as walnut, rosewood, teak, blues, zelkova, oak, etc., and has a thickness of about 0.2 to 0.8 mm. This decorative veneer 1 is subjected to a grinding process and a coloring process. The grinding process is performed by polishing the surface of the decorative veneer 1 using #180 to #240 abrasive paper. This polishing eliminates various defects caused by previous machining, such as knife scratches, knife marks, and plane pillows. Coloring treatment involves applying a coloring liquid containing pigments or dyes dissolved in water or organic solvents, or a small amount of resin added to the surface of the decorative veneer by brushing, spraying, wiping, etc. This is done by making the surface color of the decorative veneer 1 beautiful. Furthermore, on the back side of this decorative veneer 1, as shown in FIG.
In order to prevent cracking, warping, etc., a backing material 2 made of synthetic fibers such as acrylic fibers and having a basis weight of about 20 to 100 g/m2, such as nonwoven fabric or Japanese paper, is adhered. This backing material 2 is bonded using an adhesive such as a vinyl acetate resin adhesive, a melanin resin adhesive, or a urea resin adhesive.

As shown in the figure, a decorative layer 3 is provided. The formation of this decorative layer 3 can be carried out by screen printing, gravure printing,
Desired designs can be created by printing using offset printing or by drawing with paint, ink, or pigments.
This is done by creating letters, patterns, etc.
The vehicle for printing ink, paint, paint, etc. that forms this decorative layer 3 is one whose main component is an epoxy resin, a polyurethane resin, or a thermosetting resin such as an ultraviolet curable polyurethane acrylate resin or an epoxy acrylate resin. During post-processing such as heating, it is necessary to prevent the printing ink and the like from melting or swelling and causing the decorative layer 3 to collapse and become unclear. Further, the thickness of the decorative layer 3 is approximately 10 to 100 μm, and by setting the thickness to approximately 30 μm, three-dimensional decoration can be achieved.

This powder resin layer 4 is made of resins such as thermosetting resins such as epoxy resin, epoxy polyester resin, epoxy phenol resin, phenol resin, and acrylic resin, and thermoplastic resins such as polyvinyl chloride resin, polystyrene resin, and acrylic resin. Powder with a particle size of 10 to 300 μm is applied to the surface of the decorative veneer 1 by electrostatic coating or drop scattering.
It is obtained by applying the coating in an amount of about 300 g/cm 2 , heating it at a high temperature for a short time, and welding it to the decorative veneer 1 while retaining its heat-melting properties. Infrared heating furnaces, induction heating furnaces, etc. are used for this high-temperature heating.
In addition, as a powder resin, among others, a fast-curing epoxy resin made by adding imidazoles such as 2-ethyl-4-methyl-imidazole as a hardening agent to a mixed epoxy resin of a novolak type epoxy resin and a bisphenol A type epoxy resin. It appears to be floating, creating an extremely three-dimensional appearance. However, since the decorative layer 3 is located at the outermost layer, the decorative layer 3 may be damaged by scratches or the like. Therefore, it is desirable to form a protective layer on the decorative layer 3. On the contrary, since it is the outermost layer, repair and adjustment of the decorative layer 3 is easy. The protective layer may be coated with a polyurethane resin, unsaturated polyester resin paint, or the like, or covered with a polyethylene protective film.

In the same manner as in the first example, a decorative layer 3 is formed on a thin fabric 8 such as thin Japanese paper or acrylic nonwoven fabric having a thickness of about m 2 . Next, when forming a powder resin layer 4 on the surface of the decorative veneer 1 which has been subjected to grinding treatment and coloring treatment and whose back surface is lined with the lining material 2, the decorative thin cloth 7 is applied as shown in FIG. It is inserted into the powder resin layer 4. Next, this is subjected to heat and pressure treatment in the same manner as in the previous example to obtain a decorative material 6 in which a decorative thin cloth 7 is inserted within the resin film 5. (Fig. 10) In the manufacturing method of this example, the decorative thin cloth 7 and the thin sheet cloth 8 are completely buried in the resin film 5, and their presence cannot be seen from the outside. The designs and patterns of the decorative layer 3 stand out on the wood grain pattern on the surface of the decorative veneer 1 and appear three-dimensional. In addition, since the decorative layer 3 exists within the resin film 5, it is protected by the resin film 5, and the decorative layer 3
will not be damaged. Furthermore, decorative thin cloth 7
can be manufactured in a separate process, increasing productivity.
