Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 加工物を挾持する第１、第２の研磨部材と、 前記レンズをクランプする手段と、前記レンズ
を吸着する手段と、及び前記第１研磨部材を退避
する手段を有し、 前記クランプ手段の作動終了後に前記退避手段
により前記第１研磨部材を加工物から退避し、 その後に前記吸着手段により前記加工物を吸着
し、クランプ手段のクランプを解除するようにし
たことを特徴とする研磨装置。
