- 基板の表面に導体層を形成して成る試料をホル
ダ上に装着してその導体層をドライエツチングす
る装置において、試料の導体層とホルダに電気的
に接続されていて、両者間の静電容量に基づく物
理量を計測する計測手段を備えることを特徴とす
るエツチング装置。
