おけるレーザ光学装置部分の回路図、第５図は第
２のユニツトと第３のユニツトの接触部を示す側
面図である。 ２……第１のユニツト、３……第２のユニツト
、４……第３のユニツト、６……回転多面鏡、３
２……電磁リレー、３４……第１のインターロツ
クスイツチ（接離検出手段）、３８……マグネツ
ト、３９……磁気センサ。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 内部にレーザ光を走査するための回転多面鏡
を含む光学系が収容され、かつ上部が開口した第
１のユニツトと、この第１のユニツトの開口部に
おけるレーザ光の入射部分を覆う形でこの開口部
の上部に着脱自在に配置されたレーザ光射出用の
第２のユニツトと、前記第１ユニツトの開口部に
おける回転多面鏡の上部を覆う形で前記第２のユ
ニツトと隣接して着脱自在に配置された第３のユ
ニツトと、前記第２のユニツトと第３のユニツト
の隣接する部分に配置され両者の接離を検出する
接離検出手段と、この接離検出手段の検出結果を
用いて第１のユニツトに対する第２および第３の
ユニツトの少なくとも一方の取り外しの有無を判
別するインターロツク手段とを具備することを特
徴とするレーザ光学装置。 ２ 第３のユニツトが第２のユニツトの覆つた領
域以外の開口部を覆うカバーであることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のレーザ
光学装置。 ３ 接離検出手段が一方のユニツトに配置された
磁石と他方のユニツトに配置された磁気センサか
ら構成されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載のレーザ光学装置。
