It is known that it can be fitted freely. However, with this, when putting ice in the ice container and actually cutting it, the lid must be removed from the ice container body each time, which increases the time and effort involved, making handling troublesome, and sometimes. This was undesirable as it caused problems such as the lid becoming powdery. In addition, the structure is complicated and requires a large number of parts, which is economically disadvantageous.

することがなく便利である。 In FIGS. 1 to 5, reference numeral 1 denotes a leg body having a leg portion whose lower part is divided into two parts, and a protruding portion 1 that protrudes horizontally and forwardly from the upper part of the leg body.
a and a mounting portion 1b provided by cutting out a portion of the protruding portion 1a. 2 is the protrusion 1a of the leg 1
An arc-shaped guide arm 3 is fixedly attached to the inner circumferential surface of the tip of the guide arm 2 and protrudes forward in the horizontal direction. 5 is a lid of the ice container 3, and an arm plate 6 has a locking claw 6a integrally formed diagonally downward from a part of the back surface thereof. The distal end portion of the leg body 1 is rotatably supported in a cantilevered state about a shaft 7 which is supported on the mounting portion 1b of the protruding portion 1a of the leg body 1 as a fulcrum. Reference numeral 8 denotes a bulge of a predetermined shape formed protruding from the upper surface of the lid 5, and 9 is a rotating shaft inserted into the bulge 8 of the lid 5, with threaded portions 9a provided at both ends thereof. Reference numeral 10 denotes a cylindrical screw tube that is loosely fitted around the outer periphery of the rotating shaft 9, and has a flange portion 10a with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the screw tube 10 at its upper end.
are integrally formed, and the flange 10a of the screw tube 10 is configured to abut against the upper surface of the bulge 8 of the lid 5. Reference numeral 11 denotes a handle portion screwed onto the threaded portion 9a at the upper end of the rotating shaft 9, and numeral 12 represents a disk-shaped ice press plate screwed onto the threaded portion 9a at the lower end of the rotating shaft 9. That is, the lid 5 is constructed so that it can be opened and closed in a one-touch manner with the axis 7 of the attachment portion 1b of the leg 1 as the center of rotation. Ice can be suitably stored in the ice container 3, and the lid 5 can be fitted to the ice container 3 with one touch, making handling and operation easy and very convenient. Further, the rotating shaft 9, which penetrates the bulge 8 of the lid 5 and has a handle portion 11 and an ice press plate 12 screwed to both ends thereof, rotates as the lid 5 opens and closes.
It rotates around the shaft 7 as the center of rotation. At this time, since the locus of the outer periphery of the ice presser plate 12 attached to the tip of the rotating shaft 9 is configured in advance so as not to come into contact with the inner circumferential surface of the ice container 3, for example, the ice at the lower end of the rotating shaft 9 Even if the lid 5 is opened and closed with the presser plate 12 extended to the bottom of the ice container 3, the outer circumferential surface of the ice presser plate 12 of the rotating shaft 9 does not come into contact with the inner circumferential surface of the ice container 3. , performs an arcuate motion in the vertical direction. Therefore, as described above, the ice storage operation and the opening/closing operation of the lid body 5 can be performed with a single touch, making handling extremely easy. Reference numeral 13 indicates a knob of a handle protruding and fixed at the tip of the handle portion 11, and reference numeral 14 indicates a knob of a handle that is fixedly protruding from the tip of the handle portion 11, and a reference numeral 14 indicates that the flange of the threaded tube 10 is always pressed by the spring force of a spring 16 appropriately pressed to a predetermined position on the bottom surface of the handle portion 11 by a set screw 15. A brake shoe is pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the portion 10a, 17 is a pawl arranged radially on the lower surface of the ice pressing plate 12, 18 is a reinforcing rib, and 19 is formed integrally with the bulge 8 of the lid 5. The bracket 20, which is formed to protrude in the radial direction of the lid 5, is a nylon holding nut that is slidably fitted into the horizontal through hole 19a of the bulge 8, and one end thereof is provided with a threaded surface 20a carved with a suitable thread slope, and is forcibly screwed into the threaded tube 10, and a tapered surface 20b is formed at the other end. 21 is the bracket 1 of the bulge 8
It is a substantially L-shaped locking lever which is pivotably held at the distal end of a shaft 22 with a shaft 22 as a fulcrum. Due to the spring force, the threaded surface 20a formed at one end is brought into contact with the tapered surface 20b of the holding nut 20 in the bulging portion 8, and the holding nut 20 is constantly pressed toward the threaded tube 10. The locking lever 21 is forcibly screwed together with the locking lever 21, and a claw portion 21a formed by bending the other end of the locking lever 21 into a substantially L-shape is formed to protrude along the opening periphery of the ice container 3. Protrusion 3a having locking recess 3a'
The lid body 5 is fitted onto the ice container 3 in a locked state. That is, the lid 5 is fitted onto the ice container 3, and the claw portion 21a of the locking lever 21 is
When the handle 11 is turned with the handle 11 locked to the protrusion 3a of the ice container 3, the screw tube 10, which is held free from the rotary shaft 9, releases the brake that presses the flange 10a formed at the upper end of the screw tube 10. Show 14
Due to the presence of the retaining nut 20 fitted into the bulge 8, it rotates together with the rotation of the rotating shaft 9, and both the rotating shaft 9 and the threaded tube 10 screw downward and descend. That is, due to the presence of the brake shoe 14 and the holding nut 20, a certain frictional force is generated between the rotating shaft 9 and the threaded tube 10.
The screw tube 10 and the rotary shaft 9 are configured to move forward and backward in unison by the rotational force of the rotary shaft 9, using the thread slope formed on the threaded surface 20a of the holding nut 20. Therefore, for example, if a large resistance is applied to the ice presser plate 12 fixed to the lower end of the rotating shaft 9 and becomes greater than the resistance of the presser nut 20 that presses the screw tube 10, the presser nut 20 will move back and the rotating shaft will Screw tube 10 was rotating following 9.
The rotation, that is, the action of descending is suppressed, and the relationship with the rotating shaft 9 becomes free. Therefore, even when the handle 11 is turned, the screw tube 10 does not rotate, and only the rotating shaft 9 rotates and does not descend. Therefore, the ice stored in the ice container 3 is rotated together with the ice holding plate 12 of the rotating shaft 9 and cannot be shaved.
Since no unreasonable resistance is applied to the screw tube 10, the threads of the retaining nut 20 may be crushed or the ice retaining plate 12 may be damaged.
This is convenient because there is no fear that the claw 17 will be damaged. However, the push-out force of the spring 23 is always acting on the presser nut 20, and the spring 23 exerts a force that causes the screw tube 10 set therein to be screwed downward. Therefore, the ice pressing plate 12 is screwed downward according to the amount of ice scraped, and therefore, when the resistance disappears, the screw tube 10 immediately screws downward. Further, the brake shoe 14 is
By adjusting the set screw 16 pressed by the spring force of the spring 16, the frictional force with the screw tube 10 is adjusted. Reference numeral 24 is a plastic mounting board that is bent into a substantially L-shape, and a bolt 25 is attached to the top of a protrusion 24a that is provided by bending the tip of the horizontal portion 24a into a substantially dogleg shape.
etc., and is tightened and fixed at a predetermined position on the back surface of the ice container 3, and by the elastic force of the cushion rubber 26 formed to protrude from a predetermined position on the back surface of the ice container 3,
The mounting board 24 is always pressed downward. 27 is the vertical part 24b of the mounting board 24
It is a cutting blade that is tightened and fixed along the surface of the ice container 3 with bolts 28 or the like, and is made to face a predetermined position on the bottom surface of the ice container 3 so as to be retractable. Reference numeral 29 is a protrusion formed to protrude downward from a part of the peripheral edge of the back surface of the ice container 3, and reference numeral 30 is an adjustment screw screwed through the protrusion 29 in a substantially horizontal state, and is connected to the vertical portion 24b of the mounting board 24. It is placed in contact with the tip of the 3
1 is a cut ice-drop window bored at the bottom of the ice container 3, 32
1 and 2 respectively show suction cups attached to the bottom of the legs. That is, when cutting ice with the cutting blade 27 facing the inside of the ice container 3, the adjustment screw 3
When the knob 30a of 0 is held and rotated, the tip of the adjustment screw 30 moves the vertical part 24b of the mounting board 24 that is in contact with the adjustment screw 30 by the elastic force of the cushion rubber 26 using the protrusion 24a' of the horizontal part 24a as a fulcrum. At the same time, the cutting blade 27, which is fastened and fixed to the horizontal portion 24a, also rotates in accordance with this rotation, so that its tip can be exposed to the inside of the ice container 3. . Therefore, the roughness of the shaved ice stored in the ice container 3 can be adjusted with a single touch by rotating the adjusting screw 30 and moving it forward and backward, and the fineness of the shaved ice remains constant.
No longer produces large pieces of shaved ice. In addition, the lid body 5
When the ice container 3 is fitted into the ice container 3 from the open state, the locking lever 21, which is supported on the bracket 19 of the bulging portion 8 of the lid 5 by a shaft 22, etc., is pressed against the tapered surface 20b of the nut 20, and the lid is pressed against the taper surface 20b of the nut 20. When the screws 5 are fitted together, the rotary shaft 9 is pressed against the screw tube 10 and held in a locked state. Therefore, the handle portion 11 and the ice holding plate 12 screwed onto both ends of the rotating shaft become immovable, making it extremely easy to open and close the handle portion 11 and the ice holding plate 12 screwed onto both ends of the rotating shaft. Therefore, the locking position of the rotating shaft 9 can be moved back and forth to an arbitrary length to lock the lid body 5.
When opening and closing, the rotating shaft 9 does not move independently, which is convenient.

する様に構成したものである。 Now, put ice of appropriate size or shape into ice container 3.
When actually cutting ice,
First, the locking lever 21 that holds the lid 5 in a locked state is rotated clockwise about the shaft 22 of the bracket 19, and its claw 21a is removed from the protrusion 3a of the ice container 3. , hold the lid 5 at a suitable location and attach it to the mounting portion 1b of the leg 1.
It is rotated clockwise using a shaft 7 which is supported on the shaft as a fulcrum. In this case, the rotating shaft 9, which penetrates the bulge 8 of the lid 5 and has a handle 11 and an ice press plate 12 screwed to both ends thereof, rotates as the lid 5 opens. 7 as the center of rotation. At this time, since the locus of the outer periphery of the ice pressing plate 12 screwed onto the lower end of the rotating shaft 9 is configured in advance so as not to come into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the ice container 3, for example, the rotating shaft 9 is Even if the lid 5 is opened in a state where it is extended to the bottom of the ice container 3, the outer circumferential surface of the ice holding plate 12 of the rotating shaft 9 does not come into contact with the inner circumferential surface of the ice container 3 and is directed upward. and perform a circular motion. When the rotation of the lid body 5 progresses and the locking claw 6a of the arm plate 6 comes into contact with a part of the back surface of the leg body 1, the lid body 5 stops rotating and is held in an immovable state. . in this case,
Although the rotating shaft 9 inserted into the bulge 8 of the lid body 5 is in an inclined state, since the pressing force of the spring 23 is constantly acting on the threaded tube 10, the threaded surface 20a of the holding nut 20 and It is in a screwed state with the screw tube 10. Therefore, the rotating shaft 9 is held stationary and does not move under its own weight.
In addition, in this open state, the weight of the lid 5 is applied to the back of the leg 1, but it is stabilized by the suction cup 32 provided on the bottom of the leg 1, so it will not fall over. . In this state, ice of an appropriate size and shape is appropriately stored in the ice container 3 which is fastened to the guide arm 2 of the leg 1, and the lid 5 is again attached to the shaft 7 of the mounting portion 1b of the leg 1. Use it as a fulcrum and rotate it counterclockwise. At this time, since ice is stored in the ice container 3,
When the rotating shaft 9 is rotated in an extended state, the ice pressing plate 12 screwed onto the lower end of the rotating shaft 9 comes into contact with the ice before the lid 5 is fitted onto the upper edge of the ice container 3. For this reason, it is necessary to pull up the ice press plate 12 of the rotary shaft 9 toward the inside of the lid 5 in advance at an appropriate time when the lid 5 is opened and closed. In this case, first, the locking lever 21 is rotated clockwise about the shaft 22 while compressing the spring 23, and the threaded surface 20a of the presser nut 20 and the threaded tube 1
Free the threaded connection with 0. As a result, when the rotating shaft 9 held through the lid body 5 is moved by holding its handle portion 11, the ice holding plate 12 screwed onto the lower end of the rotating shaft 9 can be slid to an arbitrary position. When the locking lever 21 is released, the threaded surface 20 of the presser nut 20 is constantly applied to the threaded tube 10 by the spring 23.
a and the screw tube 10 are immediately screwed together. Therefore, the ice press plate 12 of the rotating shaft 9 is held at an appropriate position, and rotates downward about the shaft 7 as the lid 5 rotates. and,
The lid 5 is further rotated around a shaft 7 supported on the mounting portion 1b of the leg 1, and is fitted onto the upper edge of the ice container 3, and the claw portion 21a of the locking lever 21 is attached to the ice container 3. The cover 5 is held in a locked state by being engaged with the protrusion 3a of the cover 5. At this time, the bulge 8 of the lid 5
The ice holding plate 12 of the rotating shaft 9 inserted into the ice container 3 is held with a slight distance from the top surface of the ice stored in the ice container 3 because it is pulled up toward the lid 5 side as described above. has been done. For this reason, it is necessary to engage the claw portion 17 of the ice pressing plate 12 with the upper surface of the ice. However, turning the handle portion 11 to lower the ice press plate 12 increases the effort involved, so the opening/closing mechanism of the ice shaver according to the present invention is as shown in FIG. A suitable locking recess 3a' is provided in the projection 3a, and the locking state of the locking lever 21 held in the projection 3a is adjusted in two stages.

る。 That is, in a state in which the lid body 5 is fitted onto the upper edge of the ice container 3 and the locking lever 21 is locked to the protrusion 3a of the ice container 3, the locking lever 21 is moved to the protrusion 3a of the ice container 3. By slightly moving the locking recess 3a', the threaded surface 2 of the screw tube 10 and the holding nut 20
It is set in advance to separate the threaded state from the ice holding plate 1 by turning the handle portion 11 screwed onto the upper end of the rotating shaft 9.
2 is not lowered, since the pressing force of the retainer nut 20 is not acting on the screw tube 10, the rotating shaft 9
The ice holding plate 12 screwed onto the lower end of the ice container 3 falls onto the top surface of the ice stored in the ice container 3, and its claws 17 can be engaged with the top surface of the ice.
After that, insert the claw portion 21a of the locking lever 21 into the protrusion 3.
When the retaining nut 20 fitted into the through hole 19a of the bulge 8 is pushed toward the threaded tube 10 by the spring force of the spring 25, the retainer nut 20 is pushed toward the threaded tube 10 side. The threaded surface 20a is forcibly engaged with the threaded tube 10, and a frictional force is generated between the threaded tube 10 and the rotating shaft 9 due to the presence of the holding nut 20 and the brake shoe 14. Therefore, when the knob 13 of the handle portion 11 is held and rotated from this state, the rotating shaft 9 rotates and transmits the rotational force to the threaded tube 10 side, and the threaded tube 10 becomes one body with the rotating shaft 9. Rotate and rotate. The threaded pipe 10 has a thread slope carved into the threaded surface 20a of the holding nut 20, so that as the threaded pipe 10 rotates, it tends to descend, and the rotational force of the rotating shaft 9 is used as a downward pressing force. It then descends together with the rotating shaft 9. As the rotary shaft 9 descends, the ice holding plate 12 at its lower end is rotated, and the ice stored in the ice container 3 begins to rotate while being under pressure, until it faces the bottom of the ice container 3. Due to the presence of the cutting blade 27, the ice is gradually scraped and carved out from the ice drop window 31 into a suitable saucer.

When opening and closing, the locus of the outer periphery of the ice presser plate 12 screwed onto the lower end of the rotating shaft 9 is made in advance to prevent it from coming into contact with the inner circumferential surface of the ice container 3. Therefore, even if the ice holding plate 12 of the rotating shaft 9 is extended to the bottom of the ice container 3 and is opened and closed, the outer peripheral surface of the ice holding plate 12 does not come into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the ice container 3. The lid body 5 can be moved in an arc in the vertical direction, and the lid body 5 can be opened and closed and ice can be put in and taken out with a single touch, making it extremely easy to handle.

るのであり非常に便利である。 As explained above, this device has a bifurcated leg at the bottom, a protrusion at the top that projects horizontally and forward, and an arc-shaped guide arm at the tip of the protrusion. A cup-shaped ice container with a cutting blade on the bottom and an open top is placed on the guide arm of the leg body provided with the ice container, with the center axis of the ice container being approximately perpendicular to the guide arm, and a storage space for a receiver being provided at the bottom of the ice container. Form and tighten and fix.
A lid body with a locking lever capable of closing the upper opening of the ice container is attached to the rear upper surface of the leg body through an arm plate provided at the rear thereof, and at approximately the same height as the upper opening surface of the ice container. The top of the lid is pivoted so that it can be rotated and opened rearward through a pivot provided at a certain position, and has an ice holding plate at the lower end and a handle for manual rotation at the upper end of the lid body. The central part is rotatably screwed together so that it can be raised and lowered up and down, and these parts can be opened and closed integrally with the lid of the ice container, so that the lid cannot be opened. All you have to do is remove the locking lever, hold the handle, and rotate the lid to the upper rear. At this time, even if the ice press plate is at the bottom of the ice container, adjust the height position of its axis to the ice container. Because it is at the same height as the upper opening surface of the ice container, it can be turned over without having to lift it up, making it easy to replenish ice or remove remaining ice cubes with a single touch. In particular, the ice container itself is not meant to be rotated, so
It is very convenient to be able to replenish ice while keeping the receiver installed at the bottom.
