Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 金属切削加工用工具の内、穴直径の１０倍
以上の深さを加工する深穴加工に用いられ、事前
に加工された下穴の直径を所定の大きさに広げ、
その表面をなめらかに加工するための深穴中ぐり
用工具において、 切削加工を行うための切刃が配設されているボ
ーリングヘツドの先端に、前記下穴の内周に沿つ
て、ボーリングヘツドを加工方向に正確に誘導す
るための下穴ガイドが配設されていることを特徴
とする深穴中ぐり用工具。 (2) 前記切刃が、その逃げ角及び工具軸方向と
のすくい角が共に正になるように構成されたもの
である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の深穴
中ぐり用工具。 (3) 前記ボーリングヘツドが、その中心部に切
削油供給用の油道が形成され、その切削油油道の
先端部に切削油噴出口が形成されたものである実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の深穴中ぐり用
工具。
