Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 少なくとも１つの環状のエア吹出口を有す
る風冷リングが成形ダイの環状溶融樹脂吐出口に
臨在して設けてあり、成形ダイの環状溶融樹脂吐
出口より若干下流側位置から更に下流側位置にわ
たつてバブルを囲繞する加圧室が、この風冷リン
グの下流側に設けてあり、この加圧室は上、下リ
ツプ部材及び外周筒で形成され、この加圧室の内
周面はこのバブルに対面して大きく環状に開放し
ており、この下流側リツプ部材をその上端部に支
持する前記外周筒は、伸縮自在で成形ダイからの
下流側リツプ部材高さを調整可能としてあり、前
記エア吹出口はこの加圧室の上流側リツプ部材と
前記環状溶融樹脂吐出口の間に開口してあり、直
径の異なる環状整流筒が、前記吐出口と同心円状
に複数個半径方向に間隔を置いて前記下流側リツ
プ部材の下流側面に配置してあり、隣接する整流
筒間に下流側開口の環状エアチヤンバが形成され
、これら整流筒のうち最外側の整流筒周壁には、
下流側リツプ部材寄りに複数の外気取入口が放射
状に穿設してあり、残りの整流筒下端と前記下流
側リツプ部材の下流面間には、これらエアチヤン
バ同士を連通する外気吸排口が各々穿設し成形し
てあり、これら数個の整流筒の高さは、外側に位
置するものほど高くなり、これらの下流側端を結
ぶ形状は外側へ広がるテーパ状のバブル案内面を
形成していることを特徴とするインフレーシヨン
フイルム成形におけるバブル安定風冷装置。 (2) 前記加圧室は前記外周筒下端と上流側リツ
プ部材間に開口する第２のエア吹出口を有してい
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載のインフレーシヨンフイルム成形における
バブル安定風冷装置。
