- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 成形ダイの溶融樹脂環状吐出口の近傍外側
にエアリングの環状吹出口が臨在して設けてある
インフレーシヨンフイルム成形装置において、 前記エアリングのハウジング上面から略フイル
ムネツクイン高さにわたり、バブルの外周に多段
の環状気流圧力調整室が、前記環状吐出口と同心
的に階層的に形成してあり、これら気流圧力調整
室の下流側でフイルムフロストライン位置には、
バブルを円周方向から強制的に圧迫するローラが
、その軸線を水平にして数本バブルの周りに配置
されていることを特徴とするインフレーシヨンフ
イルム成形装置。 (2) 前記各環状気流圧力調整室は、内縁が前記
環状吹出口口縁に近い寸法をもち、かつ下流側方
向に傾斜したテーパ状のドーナツ型ガイドを所定
間隔をおいて階層的に配置して隣接するこのガイ
ド間に各々形成してなるものであることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のインフ
レーシヨンフイルム成形装置。 (3) 前記各ガイドの上流側大径部分の位置は階
層的に配置した下位のガイドの下流側小径部分と
同一高さにほゞ位置することを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第２項記載のインフレーシヨン
フイルム成形装置。
