    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高分子材料に圧電磁器の粉末を含む複合圧電材
    料からなり、円弧状に湾曲する板状体を基盤1と
    し、これのいずれか一方の主表面1aを超音波の
    放射側としてこれに広い正極側電極面2、他方の
    主表面1bに上記正極側電極面2を共通電極とし
    てそれぞれ並列に接続される帯状の負極側電極面
    3の複数を並設し、かつ該負極側電極面3を形成
    した上記の放射側と反対側の主表面に背面制動材
    4を設けてなる超音波探触子。
