- 導入ガスをパイプを介して加熱用ヒータによつ
て加熱し熱分解させて所望の分子線を得るものに
おいて、上記導入ガス通路から上記熱分解室に至
る一部に熱シールド板を設けたことを特徴とする
分子線エピタキシヤル用ガスソースセル。
