Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) その表面に光フアイバが埋め込まれている
一対の基板を表面から光フアイバと共に研磨し、
これらの表面が対向するように基板を重ね合わせ
て各光フアイバ間にエバネツセント結合を生じさ
せる光フアイバ方向性結合器において、重ね合わ
せられた一対の基板の各裏面にそれぞれ当接する
と共に互いに接合されて上記基板を保持する一対
の保持部材を備え、上記一対の基板の各裏面上に
基板の位置決めを行なうための凹部あるいは凸部
を設けると共に上記一対の保持部材の基板との各
当接面上に上記基板の凹部あるいは凸部に嵌合す
る凸部あるいは凹部を設けたことを特徴とする光
フアイバ方向性結合器。 (2) 上記一対の保持部材の接合が螺着によりな
