Claims (1)
- 円筒状のガラス外囲器にそれの開放端に封着し
たコバール環材を介してアルミニウム窓板を接合
したＸ線イメージ管において、前記アルミニウム
窓板とコバール環材との接合面間に、アルミニウ
ム窓板とコバール環材とのそれぞれの接合面に鍔
部が形成された、アルミニウムとステンレススチ
ールとのクラツド環材を介在させ、このクラツド
環材のアルミニウム材の鍔部と前記アルミニウム
窓板とを接合するとともに、前記クラツド環材の
ステンレススチール材の鍔部と前記コバール環材
とを接合したことを特徴とするＸ線イメージ管。
