Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 整流子１２と、各々がブラシ２３を支持し、
    夫々のブラシ２３を整流子に押しつけてこの整流
    子と電気接触させる一対のブラシ板２２とを有す
    る摩擦出力式永久磁石直流（ＰＭＤＣ）モータに
    おいて、ストツパ５０を設けてブラシ板２２の移
    動を制限し、それにより、ブラシ板のうちの一方
    ２２ａが整流子に捕えられ、引きずられて他方の
    ブラシ板２２ｂと電気接触することにより生じる
    ブラシ板２２間の電気短絡を防ぐようにしたこと
    を特徴とするモータ。 ２ ストツパ５０′ａ，５０′ｂは、ブラシ２３
    が摩耗したとき、ブラシ板２２ａ，２２ｂを所定
    の離隔距離より近く整流子に接近しないようにす
    ることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のモータ。 ３ ストツパ５０ａ，５０ｂはブラシ板２２ａを
    、モータの使用中に整流子で引きずられても、他
    方のブラシ板２２ｂと電子接触しないようにする
    ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載のモータ。 ４ ブラシ板２２はモータの端キヤツプに設けら
    れ、ストツパ５０は端キヤツプに一体に形成され
    ていることを特徴とする請求項２又は３に記載の
    モータ。 ５ 端キヤツプ１３はベアリング支持部分１４お
    よび該ベアリング支持部分に摺動可能に受入れら
    れたホルダ１５を備えており、ブラシ板２２はホ
    ルダ１５に設けられていることを特徴とする請求
    項４に記載のモータ。 ６ ストツパ５０はホルダ１５に一体に形成され
    ていることを特徴とする請求項５に記載のモータ
    。 ７ ブラシ板２２は整流子１２の回転軸線に対し
    て実質的に回転対称に設けられており、上記スト
    ツパは各ブラシ板２２と関連して夫々のブラシ板
    ２２を引きずられて整流子セグメント５１を介し
    て他方のブラシ板２２と電気接触しないようにす
    ることを特徴とする請求項２ないし６のうちのい
    ずれかに記載のモータ。 ８ ブラシ板２２は実質的に鏡像として設けられ
    ており、上記ストツパ５０は各ブラシ板２２と関
    連して夫々のブラシ板２２を引きずられて他方の
    ブラシ板２２と直接または共通の整流子セグメン
    ト５１を介して電気接触しないようにすることを
    特徴とする請求項２ないし６のうちのいずれかに
    記載のモータ。
