Claims (1)
- シート状の圧電セラミツクの少なくとも一方の
面に電極を形成し、このシートを複数枚積層し、
前記電極のそれぞれに電界を印加して駆動させる
セラミツクアクチユエータにおいて、前記アクチ
ユエータの側面（積層面）に前記電極の一つを含
む位置に、隣接する電極とは非接触の状態で交互
に溝を形成し、この溝に絶縁部材を埋め込み、前
記絶縁部材を含む前記側面を覆つて導電性部材を
形成したことを特徴とするセラミツクアクチユエ
ータ。
