Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 コンクリートマクラギ１上にレールＲを締結
    するにあたり、上ばね２１と下ばね２２が一体を
    なす二重板ばね２を用いるレール締結装置におい
    て、 頭部３１を有するアンカ部材３を予めコンクリ
    ートマクラギ１上に植立する一方、上記二重板ば
    ね２の上ばね２１、下ばね２２の中央部にそれぞ
    れ長孔２１ａ、２２ａを設け、該長孔２１ａおよ
    び２２ａを介して二重板ばね２を上ばね２１と下
    ばね２２を密着方向に圧縮状態にてアンカ部材３
    の頭部から挿入の後、所定の位置にレール絶縁材
    およびばね受台を装着し、アンカ部材３の突出す
    る頭部３１下面と上ばね２１上面との隙間に抜止
    めテーパ座金４を介挿し、上記二重板ばね２の圧
    縮を開放して二重板ばねの復帰ばね力により二重
    板ばね自体を固定すると同時に、該二重板ばね２
    を介してレールＲを締結することを特徴とするレ
    ール締結装置。 上記頭部３１を有するアンカ部材３が丸棒の
    頭部をＴ字形に成形したアンカボルト３０からな
    る一方、上記抜止めテーパ座金４が上記頭部３１
    に嵌まり込むコ字形をなす前記第項記載のレー
    ル締結装置。 上記頭部３１を有するアンカ部材３が平鋼板
    を折曲げてアーチ状頭部３２に成形したアンカプ
    レート３３からなる一方、上記抜止めテーパ座金
    ４が上記頭部３２に嵌まり込むカンヌキ棒４１を
    なす前記第項記載のレール締結装置。 上ばねと下ばねの長孔２１ａ，２２ａを通し
    て挿入した小形万力Ｍにて締付けることにより上
    ばね２１と下ばね２２の先端部を密着方向に圧縮
    保持する前記第項記載のレール締結装置。
