Since rubber boots are more easily scented than conventional rubber boots, rubber boots have been proposed that have grooves extending from the upper end of the cylindrical opening to the toe area so that outside air can be easily guided to the toe area. However, this method has drawbacks such as the length of the air passage, which increases manufacturing costs, and makes it difficult to apply it to leather lace-up shoes.

Shoes have also been proposed in which a hole provided in the shoe is covered or a foam with water repellency is attached to prevent water from entering, and the hole can be sealed with a plug. However, when entering the water, you have to bend down to close the tap, and
There were drawbacks such as getting your hands dirty. Furthermore, liquids with low surface tension, such as water in which detergent is dissolved, have the disadvantage that even if the foam is made water-repellent, the waterproofing effect is lost.

]'' F9 Ryuo ↓ j to Lζ M 1 point People sweat to lower their body temperature, but unless the sweat evaporates, the purpose of sweating cannot be achieved. In particular, when wearing rain boots, the humidity inside the shoes increases to 75% or more after two hours, causing discomfort. This makes it difficult for sweat to evaporate, which prevents your body temperature from dropping, so you start sweating even more.

This tendency becomes even worse in the hot summer. The current situation is that every summer, boots manufacturers continue to receive complaints about holes in the soles of their shoes. Of course, there are some cases where there are holes, but the majority of people sweat a lot and think that water has seeped into them.

The present invention includes a simple device for drawing outside air into the shoe in order to encourage the evaporation of sweat and allow sweat to perform its original function of cooling the feet.

11. When a person walks with shoes that are broken, the foot moves like a piston relative to the shoe. In other words, when the heel separates from the sole, the inside of the shoe Negative pressure is created and outside air is sucked in, and when the heel touches the ground, positive pressure is created and moist air is discharged.

The present invention focuses on this change in atmospheric pressure, and the valve opening pressure is 50 mAg.
I tried to solve the problem by using a check valve with a large air volume. That is, this check valve was attached near the sole of the shoe, where it is difficult to ventilate, so that moist air was discharged and outside air was taken in through the tube mouth or intake hole. Also, by using a check valve, we were able to prevent water from entering regardless of the presence or absence of water surface tension, and we were able to prevent water from entering from outside or when entering water. I was able to do it.

FIG. 4 shows an example in which three eyelets (1), (1), and (1') are attached. It is also possible to take in air from one side and exhaust air from the other. In Figure 4, air is taken in from the eyelet (1°), and it is installed in a location where it is unlikely to get wet. Additionally, it is attached near the sole of the shoe, where the air pressure inside the shoe is highest when walking, and is exhausted from here.

Figure 5 shows that when performing civil engineering work, a cover (12) is attached to the boot opening of the boots to prevent dirt from entering, and the feet are tightened with rubber attached to the opening (13) of the cover to prevent dirt from entering. It is made so that there is no such thing. On the other hand, there is no inflow of air, so it is very easy to get stuffy, but the eyelet (1)
The inside of the shoe can be ventilated by the intake and exhaust action (1').

In this case, the deformation and restoration of the cylindrical part and instep part in particular affects the change in air pressure inside the shoe, so adding elastic material, increasing the thickness of the cylindrical part, or making it easier to deform when walking on uneven surfaces can be effective. becomes even larger.

Further, the check valve may be of a type having a large air volume and an opening pressure of 50 mAg or less, and may be of a type commonly called a tack bill, regardless of whether it is a multilayer or flat plate, or a type using a ball.

In addition, as shown in Figure 6, a check valve (3゛), which is plate-shaped and has a mounting hole in the center, is attached to the raised circular convex part (14) around the eyelet. ), and a holder (7゛) made of rubber may be used to fix the ventilation hole in the structure. In the case of Fig. 6, the valve opening pressure is 4 Tsuru Ag or less and ff1l is Because you can get a lot of money,
It is particularly effective as a ventilation valve of the present invention that requires instantaneous exhaust. It is also convenient because the holder (7') can be unfolded and the valve mounting base (4'') can be taken out and washed.

After walking for about 5 minutes wearing boots with a check valve that opens at an air pressure of 500Ag or less and boots without a check valve, one foot at a time, check the temperature and humidity inside the shoes by inserting both hands. However,
The temperature and humidity were clearly lower when a check valve was used, confirming its ventilation effect. In addition, not only does the foot act as a piston for the shoe, but in the case of boots, the barrel deforms greatly and the volume inside the boot decreases, so elasticity is added to the inside of the barrel to help the barrel recover. There remains the possibility of making boots with even better ventilation performance by inserting the body into the boots, changing the thickness of the tube, and creating unevenness to make it easier to change the volume. In addition, it is possible to attach eyelets with built-in reversal valves for ventilation to the completed boots, which is convenient for manufacturing and sales. Therefore, the method of making changes to the mold for manufacturing boots is a heavy economic burden. Furthermore, when selling the product, ventilation check valves can be installed in the amount ordered according to the customer's request, thereby reducing distribution inventory.

In addition, although rain boots have been described in the examples, it can also be easily applied to rain shoes, women's boots, fashion boots, and shoes that tend to get stuffy due to poor ventilation, such as work safety shoes with long lace-up openings. .
