    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一端に超音波探触子が固定され、被検査体に接
    触する端面に薄膜が貼設されたハウジングの主室
    と一部で連通する圧力調節機構を有する副室を設
    けると共に、前記主室と副室に液体を封入し、前
    記副室の圧力調節機構により前記薄膜に対する外
    圧に応じて主室内の液圧を自動的に補正し得るよ
    うにしたことを特徴とする局部液浸式超音波探触
    子。
