Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 環状ヘツダに流体の搬送方向下流側に向け
    て臨むノズル孔を周方向に沿つて形成し、このノ
    ズル孔から加圧流体を噴射し、被搬送流体を搬送
    するようにしたことを特徴とする流体搬送装置。 (2) 環状ヘツダが流体の搬送方向に沿つて多段
    設けられ、これらの各環状ヘツダは搬送方向下流
    側になるに従い、その径が漸減または漸増のいず
    れかであるように選ばれ、 各環状ヘツダの径の変化態様は、一環状ヘツダ
    に関して、その下流側の環状ヘツダが上流側の環
    状ヘツダのノズル孔からの流体の速度分布を阻害
    することなく、かつ搬送される流体の搬送効率が
    所望の程度となる位置に選ばれることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の流体搬送
    装置。
