Claims (1)
- 測定流量の積算値と設定流量の積算値が一定の
比率となるようにＰＩ調節動作を行なうパルス入
力の混合比率調節計において、どちらか一方のパ
ルスに同期させてパルスを取込む手段を設けたこ
とを特徴とする混合比率調節計。
