Claims (1)
- 入力信号を増幅する差動増幅器と、この差動増
幅器に負荷として接続され、出力信号を電流に変
換して出力するカレントミラー回路と、上記差動
増幅器の出力電流により充電されるホールドコン
デンサと、このホールドコンデンサの充電電位を
外部に出力すると共に上記差動増幅器に対する負
帰還動作を行なう出力バツフアと、上記ホールド
コンデンサのホールド動作を制御する電圧制御電
流源とを具備したことを特徴とするピークホール
ド回路。
