Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ベツドに対向して立設した一対の案内支柱に形
    成した複数の昇降案内面と、該昇降案内面に夫々
    対向する複数の被案内面を有し前記昇降案内面に
    沿つて昇降動する工具取付ヘツドと、前記複数の
    昇降案内面のうちの１つの昇降案内面と該昇降案
    内面に対向する被案内面との間に潤滑油を浸潤す
    る程度に供給して動圧案内面を形成する１つの基
    準案内面と、残余の複数の昇降案内面とその対向
    被案内面との間に静圧流体を供給して形成する複
    数の静圧案内面と、前記工具取付ヘツドを昇降動
    するための駆動手段と、該駆動手段の一端に形成
    された静圧スラスト軸受両面の圧力変動を検出す
    る検出部及び前記工具取付ヘツドに下端を固着し
    たアクチユエータ作動杆と、前記検出部によつて
    負荷の変動を検出して負荷がほぼ零になる如く前
    記アクチユエータ作動杆を昇降動させる負荷補償
    手段と、を具備し、且つ前記駆動手段と負荷補償
    手段とはほぼ同一軸線上に配置することを特徴と
    する工作機械における昇降案内装置。
