四輪駆動時に該駆動軸に連結されて回転する駆動
側スプロケツトと、トランスフアケースの下方に
配置され、かつ上記駆動軸下方の被駆動軸上に支
持され、上記駆動側スプロケツトにチエーンを介
して連結される被駆動側スプロケツトと、上記駆
動軸上に設けられ、駆動軸側の潤滑部分を潤滑す
る潤滑用オイルを供給するオイルポンプとを備え
、上記被駆動側スプロケツトの近傍に、上記オイ
ルポンプへの潤滑オイルを吸入するオイルストレ
ーナが隣接配置された四輪駆動車用トランスフア
装置のトランスフアケースであつて、上記被駆動
側スプロケツトとストレーナとの間には、ケース
底壁から上記駆動スプロケツトと被駆動スプロケ
ツトとの間のチエーン連結部まで略上方に延びる
