Claims (1)
- シリンダ孔に液圧ピストンを摺動自在に挿入し
て主圧力室及び補助圧力室を区画される液圧シリ
ンダと、前記補助圧力室側から前記主圧力室側へ
の液移動を許容しその逆は禁止可能な第１弁と、
前記補助圧力室から作動液リザーバへの液移動を
所定圧力以下で禁止する第２弁と、前記液圧シリ
ンダと同軸上に配設される空圧本体と、該空圧本
体内に移動自在に挿入され前記液圧シリンダ側に
無圧室、反対側に圧縮空気が導入される圧力室を
区分する可動体と、該可動体の前記無圧室側に設
けられ当該可動体の移動力を前記液圧ピストンに
伝達する中間出力部材とを有している空圧作動型
２段マスタシリンダにおいて、前記空圧本体に直
列に第２の空圧本体を連設し、この第２の空圧本
体の内部に前記可動体の最大ストロークよりは小
さい所定のストロークを可能に第２の可動体を配
設し、この第２の可動体の前記第１の空圧本体側
を大気に連通する無圧室、反対側に圧縮空気を導
入する圧力室を形成した空圧作動型２段マスタシ
リンダ。
