Claims (1)
- 流路内を流れる被測流体の質量流量を計測する
流量計測部と、前記流量計測部からの流量計測信
号と予め設定された設定信号とを比較する制御回
路と、前記制御回路から出力された偏差に基づい
て駆動される電磁ソレノイドと、前記電磁ソレノ
イドの駆動により弁開度を可変する弁装置とを有
する流量制御装置において、前記弁装置が開き流
体が流れ始めたときの該電磁ソレノイドの電流値
をオフセツト電流として記憶し、さらに最大流量
時の該電磁ソレノイドの電流値を記憶し、前記オ
フセツト電流及び最大流量電流に基づいて該電流
値を監視する手段を具備してなる流量制御装置。
