Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 加熱装置本体の前段に予備加熱部を有する基板
加熱装置において、 上記加熱装置本体及び又は予備加熱部が、 熱媒体液体を入れた液槽と、 上記熱媒体液体を加熱沸騰させて飽和蒸気を発
生させる発熱手段と、 上記熱媒体液体の飽和蒸気を満たす蒸気槽と、 上記飽和蒸気が凝縮時に放出する気化潜熱を熱
媒体気体に伝え、かつ上記飽和蒸気及び上記熱媒
体気体を隔離する隔壁と、 上記熱媒体気体を導入することにより加熱対象
としての基板を加熱する加熱室と を具えることを特徴とする基板加熱装置。
