  1. 容器殺菌装置、乾燥装置、充填装置、密封装置
    を並設し、この各装置は無菌エアー供給口と包材
    供給口と製品排出口とを備えた無菌陽圧チヤンバ
    ーで覆われている無菌充填機において、前記無菌
    陽圧チヤンバーの包材供給口と製品排出口とには
    、排気口、または吸気口と排気口とを備えた陰圧
    雰囲気を維持している排気チヤンバーを設けたこ
    とを特徴とする無菌充填機。
