Claims (1)
- 対象面１１からの反射光を格子状スリツト１４
，１４ｂを介して受光して光電変換する光電変換
素子１４と、該光電変換素子１４の電気的出力か
ら空間周波数成分を抽出するフイルタ１６と、該
フイルタ１６出力を二値化するパルス変換回路１
７と、前記対象面１１の移動速度に応じて変化す
る空間周波数の中心周波数を前記パルス変換回路
１７からのパルス出力に基づいて算出する中心周
波数推定回路１８とを備え、該中心周波数推定回
路１８の出力に基づいて前記対象面の移動速度を
算出して出力する速度測定装置において、前記中
心周波数推定回路１８は前記パルス変換回路１７
の出力パルスの周期を平均化することによつて中
心周波数を算出することを特徴とする速度測定装
置。
