This type of endoscope has a photographing optical system and a photographing film disposed at the distal end of the insertion section, and a sliding shutter is provided between the photographing optical system and the film. One end of the operating wire is connected to the shutter, and the other end of the operating wire is led to the endoscope operating section on the hand side. By pulling this operation wire from the endoscope operation section side, the shutter can be opened and closed. The connection structure between these operation wires and the shutter is, for example, the first
As shown in the figure, a rigid connection structure is adopted in which a fixing member b fixed to the tip of the operating wire a is fixed to one side of the shutter c.

However, in this conventional example, when the operating wire a is bent or twisted due to repeated use, the rotational force generated in the operating wire a around the shaft directly acts on the shutter c, and the rotational force is applied to the shutter c.
However, since the shutter c slides along the guide groove in the tip of the endoscope, when rotational force is applied to the shutter c in this way, the side end of the shutter c is biased toward the guide groove. Because of the strong sliding contact, the sliding could not be performed smoothly, leading to malfunctions.

Therefore, in place of the above-mentioned operation wire a, for example, there was a device that could remotely control the shutter using magnetic force or fluid pressure.
It is described in Publication No. 43666, Publication of Utility Model Publication No. 49-2202, etc. However, when using magnetic force or fluid pressure in this way, various electric wires, piping, drive mechanisms, etc. are required, resulting in a complicated structure, resulting in problems such as high cost and troublesome maintenance.

This idea was made based on the above circumstances, and its purpose is to prevent the rotational force generated around the axis of the operating wire from being transmitted to the shutter, and to make the shutter open and close smoothly. Our goal is to provide endoscopes.

This invention will be explained below with reference to a first embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. Fig. 2 shows a part of the tip camera type endoscope, in which 1 is the insertion part inserted into the body cavity, and 1a is the insertion part 1.
The tip is shown. The insertion section 1 is formed into a flexible and elongated shape, and is connected to an endoscope operation section 2. Further, the tip portion 1a includes a photographing optical system 3.
is located. This photographing optical system 3 is a combination of optical members such as an objective lens group and a prism, and is also used as part of the observation optical system 4. An image guide 5 using an optical fiber or the like is optically connected to the observation optical system 4.
The image guide 5 is inserted through the insertion section 1 and guided to the eyepiece section 6 of the operation section 2. Further, an illumination window 7 is arranged at the tip portion 1a,
Illumination light is provided via the light guide 8 from a light source device (not shown).

Further, a photographing film 9 is arranged at the image forming position of the photographing optical system 3. This film 9 is stored in a cartridge 10,
By pulling the winding wire 11, it is unwound from the cartridge 10. The hoisting wire 11 passes through the insertion section 1 and is wound around a hoisting drum (not shown) provided on the operating section 2. The cartridge 10 can be removed from the endoscope tip 1a by removing the screw-in tip cap 12.

and is connected to the actuating plate 18. This actuating plate 18 is rotatable around a pivot 19,
An operating lever 20 and a pushing protrusion 21 are formed in a portion thereof. At the periphery of the actuating plate 18, there is a micro switch 2 that blinks the photographic illumination light.
2 and 23 are spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the actuating plate 18. Further, the actuating plate 18 is urged to rotate in the direction of loosening the operating wire 16 by a return spring 24.

Next, the operation of the above embodiment will be explained. When the actuating plate 18 is rotated in the direction of arrow A in the figure using the operating lever 20, the pushing protrusion 21 comes into contact with the first micro switch 22, and the illumination light is turned off. When the actuating plate 18 is further rotated, the actuating plate 18
As the shutter 14 rotates, the shutter 14 is pulled via the operating wire 16, the exposure opening 13 opens, and the film 9 is exposed. And Shyatsuta 14
Immediately after the opening is completed, the pushing part 21 comes into contact with the second micro switch 23, and illumination light for photographing is emitted to illuminate the subject through the illumination window 7, so that an image is taken on the film 9. The light amount of this illumination light is controlled by an automatic light emitting amount control device (not shown) in the light source device to provide an optimum light emitting amount. After photographing, the operating plate 1 is moved by the return spring 24.
8 is reversed, and contrary to the above, the shutter 14 closes the exposure opening 13, and while the actuating plate 18 is being reversed, the pushing protrusion 21 closes the first micro switch 22.
, and the observation illumination light is turned on again. The film 9 is wound by a winding drum (not shown) that rotates in conjunction with the reverse rotation of the actuating plate 18.
This is done by winding up the winding wire 11.

In this manner, the endoscope drives the shutter 14 by the operating wire 16. According to the above embodiment, the shutter 14 is connected to the operating wire 16 so as to be rotatable about its axis. Therefore, even if a twisting force occurs due to the untwisting of the operating wire 16, the twisting force is not transmitted to the shutter 14. Therefore, the side end portion of the shutter 14 does not lean to one side and strongly contact the guide groove 15, and the shutter 14 can slide smoothly. In addition, since the shutter 14 does not strongly contact the guide groove 15, the generation of shavings due to this sliding contact can be prevented. Therefore, it is effective in preventing damage to the guide groove 15, and also prevents the problem of shavings adhering to the film 9, etc.

FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment of this invention, in which a fixing member accommodation hole 30 is formed in a part of the shutter 14, and this accommodation hole 3
A wire insertion path 31 is formed continuously from 0.
A fixing member 32 provided at the end of the operating wire 16 is accommodated in the housing hole 30 so as to be rotatable around the axis, and the operating wire 16 is inserted through the wire insertion passage 31. The other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment. According to the second embodiment configured in this way, the operation wire 16 is inserted through the central part of the shutter 14 in the thickness direction, and the centers of the shutter 14 and the operation wire 16 coincide, so that the operation wire 16
There is an advantage that the shutter 14 can be moved straight along the pulling direction.

FIG. 5 shows a third embodiment of this invention. That is, in this embodiment, a male screw 35 is fixed to the center of one side of the shutter 14, and a female screw 36 is fixed to the tip of the operating wire 16.
The male thread 35 and the female thread 36 are screwed together halfway, without being screwed all the way, so that they can rotate relative to each other in the screwed state. Therefore, as in each of the embodiments described above, it is possible to prevent the twisting force generated in the operating wire 16 from being transmitted to the shutter 14.

As explained above, this invention connects the operating wire to the shutter so that it can rotate freely around the axis, so if the operating wire is bent or twisted when the endoscope is used repeatedly, for example, the operating wire Even if rotational force around the shaft acts on the shaft, this rotational force can be prevented from being transmitted to the shutter, and the shutter can be slid smoothly. Therefore, it is possible to prevent failures in photographing due to malfunction of the shutter, and it is also possible to achieve practical effects such as ease of insertion of the shutter and improved operability.
