光路切換鏡と、上記モードロツクレーザの発振器
の出力光を目標へ照射するための送信光学系と、
目標に照射された上記出力光の反射光を集めるた
めの受信光学系と、第2の光検出器への入力光を
上記第1の光路切換鏡からの光と上記受信光学系
からの光とに切換える第2の光路切換鏡と、上記
第2の光検出器と、この第2の光検出器の出力か
ら、上記モードロツクレーザ発振器のパルス列の
周波数を抽出するための第1の同調回路と、この
第1の同調回路の出力を増幅するための第1の増
幅器と、この増幅器の出力と局発回路の出力のう
なり周波数を発生するための第1の周波数混合回
路と、上記局発回路と、上記モードロツクレーザ
発振器の出力光で上記ビームスプリツターで導び
かれた光を検出するための第2の光検出器と、第
2の光検出器の出力から上記モードロツクレーザ
発振器のパルス列の周波数を抽出するための第2
の同調回路と、この第2の同調回路の出力を増幅
するための第2の増幅器と、この第2の増幅器の
出力と上記局発回路のうなり周波数を発生するた
めの第2の周波数混合回路と、上記第1と第2の
同調回路の出力立上りを検出する立上り検出器と
、この立上り検出器と位相差検出回路にクロツク
信号を与えるクロツク回路と、上記位相差検出回
路と位相差測定回路の内容を記憶演算する記憶回
