Claims (1)
- 吸着面がほぼ垂直に配置された真空チヤツクに
保持され、電磁弁の切替により真空チヤツクの内
部より噴出する流体によつて真空チヤツクから離
脱させられる被加工物の受取り装置であつて、真
空チヤツクの吸着面の下方に水平な軸心を中心と
して回転可能に支持された回転軸と、この回転軸
に連結部材を介して取付られた受取板と、前記連
結部材に貼付られ連結部材の歪を検出するストレ
ンゲージと、このストレンゲージの出力に基づい
て、前記回転軸の駆動用のモータおよび電磁弁を
操作する制御装置とを設けたことを特徴とする被
加工物の受取り装置。
