Claims (1)
- ドライブシヤフトハウジングの上部にエンジン
が搭載され、同下部にギヤケースが接続されてい
て、エンジンの回転をドライブシヤフトハウジン
グおよびギヤケース内の駆動力伝達機構を通じギ
ヤケース内のプロペラシヤフトを駆動し、プロペ
ラを回転して船体を推進させる船外機において、
前記プロペラの前方に対向するギヤケースの後端
部にプロペラ方向に向けて開口する水流出穴を設
け、この水流出穴と前記エンジンルームとを密閉
構造の水通路により連通したことを特徴とする船
外機のエンジンカバー排水装置。
