    モルフ型振動子を用いた粉体センサであつて、 前記金属板を、そのノードライン近傍位置で圧
    電セラミツクに近づく方向に屈曲形成し、この金
    属板の他表面に絶縁薄板を貼着し、この絶縁薄板
    をセンサケーシングに貼着したことを特徴とする
    粉体センサ。
