- 内面に放電電極を有する筒体と、該筒体内に収
納され外周と前記筒体の内周面との間に小間隙を
置くとともに前記筒体の長手方向に沿つて所定間
隔を置いて並設した複数の邪魔板を有する中子と
、前記筒体の端部を気密に閉塞しかつ原料ガスの
導入通路及び吐出通路を有する蓋体とを備えたこ
とを特徴とする沿面放電式オゾン発生管。
