Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 潜像担持体上に形成された静電潜像を現像
    するための現像剤を、磁気ブラシとして周面に担
    持する現像剤担持部材と、現像剤を汲み上げ搬送
    して現像剤担持部材に現像剤を供与する現像剤汲
    み上げ搬送部材と、該現像剤汲み上げ搬送部材に
    よつて供与された、現像剤担持部材周面上の余分
    な現像剤を掻き取つて磁気ブラシの穂を現像に適
    した高さにするドクターブレードと、掻き取られ
    た現像剤をドクターブレードとの間に形成した現
    像剤通過路から通過させたあと、該現像剤を撹拌
    しつつ再度、現像剤汲み上げ搬送部材に導く現像
    剤撹拌手段と、現像剤担持部材周面のうち、現像
    剤の供与側周面から、前記現像剤通過路にかけて
    の周面に対向した現像剤案内面を有し、現像剤供
    与側の案内面が、この案内面部分と現像剤担持部
    材との間の、その案内面部分側の現像剤逆流領域
    を被うように、現像剤担持部材に近づいていて、
    この部位における現像剤担持部材との間隔よりも
    、現像剤通過路側の案内面と現像剤担持部材との
    間隔を狭くした現像剤案内部材とを具備すること
    を特徴とする潜像担持体の現像装置。 (2) 前記案内面のうち、少なくとも現像剤供与
    側の案内面部分が、これに対向する現像剤担持部
    材部分の接線の方向に対し、１５゜以下の角度を
    なしていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項に記載の現像装置。
