- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 封止体の外底面よりも高いところに半導体素子
が位置され、半導体素子の電極に接続されたリー
ドが封止体の外部に導出された半導体装置におい
て、 上記リードの内側端部が半導体素子と略同じ高
さに位置され、 封止体内部において上記リードがその内側端近
傍にて下側に折り曲げられ、封止体の外側面下端
部から外部へ導出されてなる ことを特徴とする半導体装置。
