- パン材料を投入して混練及び発酵及び焼成を行
うパン焼成ケースを備えた焼がま本体に内蓋を有
する上蓋を開閉自在に設けた装置において、前記
内蓋の一部を透視体で形成したことを特徴とする
製パン器の上蓋装置。
