Claims (1)
- 本体内に形成される加熱用収容室内に着脱可能
に収容されるパン型の底部に攪拌羽根を配設し、
パン型内にパン材料を収容して収容室を蓋体にて
閉塞した状態でパン材料を攪拌混練した後、加熱
により発酵及び焼成するパン製造装置において、
上記加熱用収容室の上端開口縁部と上記蓋体の周
縁部及び本体の上部ケースの収容室側縁部にそれ
ぞれ接触するシール部材を配設し、このシール部
材を断熱及び気水密性部材にて形成すると共に、
シール部材を、上記収容室の上端周縁部を囲繞す
るシール部材本体と、このシール部材本体の上面
に形成されて上記上部ケース縁部と蓋体の周縁部
にそれぞれ接触するシール用段部とで構成して成
ることを特徴とするパン製造装置における蓋部の
シール構造。
