Claims (1)
- 加温用電磁波を放射するアプリケータに走査機
構を取り付けると共に、前記アプリケータには距
離測定用の超音波プローブを設け、この超音波プ
ローブからの信号を制御装置に入力し、この制御
装置により前記走査機構の駆動装置を駆動して、
アプリケータと生体とが一定距離になるように制
御することを特徴とするハイパーサーミア装置。
